This is an exciting course which provides you with the skills and knowledge necessary to gain employment in the hospitality industry. This course focuses on food and beverage service, front office, customer care, food production and hospitality administration.

Subject areas include:
Food and Beverage Service; Customer Care; Food Hygiene; Visits to local hospitality establishments; Front Office; Professional Cookery; Introduction to Alcoholic Beverages; Numeracy.

Entry Requirements

1 subject at National 5 plus 3 at National 4. Subjects to include English and Maths. Entry subject to successful interview.
