Hospitality management accounting; management of food and beverage operations; accommodation management; managing hospitality organisations; managing financial resources in hospitality; hospitality: graded unit 2.

Optional units include:
Human resource management; workplace and employment experience; hospitality and business enterprise.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Entry is by successful interview.
