This course is aimed at those interested in the world of social sciences and the environmental impact that humans are having on the world we live in. You will develop and builds on your knowledge of the world you live in and the need to develop sustainability in all aspects of our lives for humanity to continue.

You’ll learn about population distribution, growth and change in the developed and developing world, comparing and contrasting the factors which affect the inhabitants of these countries.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 4, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Interview.

Progression Routes

Progression on to a course at SCQF Level 6 such as Advanced Social Sciences (Level 6)
