This course will equip you with the basic skills and knowledge needed to apply for work in the catering and hospitality sector. You will gain some practical work experience in a training kitchen and busy college café.
As well as developing and enhancing these marketable skills, you will also have a dedicated guidance tutor to support you in the college journey and to assist you in moving into employment or to an apprenticeship.
