This exciting new programme offers you a first step to studying Hospitality and Catering in a college setting. Your lecturers will work with you to prepare you to continue your college journey in Hospitality and Catering.
Along with SQA units in Core Skills, Communications and Employability you will work towards qualifications in the following subjects: Organisational skills for cookery; Cookery skills, techniques and processes; Café / customer service; Study skills; Wellbeing; REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene.
No formal entry requirements but you must have an interest in studying hospitality, catering or events at college. Interview.
