This course focuses on core skills, employability skills, meta-skills and digital skills. These skills are essential to achieve career goals and are sought after by employers. You will also be able to access support to help you to figure out which career you are best suited to.

You will learn core skills: Communication and Numeracy; Employability skills; Digital skills; Meta-skills;
Mentoring for study, attainment and progression; Personal development; Coping strategies and building resilience.

You will also undertake projects that will help you explore different industries and college course options in order to create a plan that fits your goals.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements, however, if you already have Level 4 qualifications in English and Maths this course is not suitable for you. Successful interview.

Relevant courses at SCQF Level 4 or 5.
