Early learning and childcare is recognised as an important part in making Scotland the best place in the world for children to grow up. This course will give you the underpinning knowledge you will need to progress to the next level of study and ultimately become part of the Early Learning and Childcare workforce.

Entry Requirements

5 relevant subjects at National 5 including English and preferably Maths; or Early Learning and Childcare (Level 5); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview.

You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.
