Students develop core and interpersonal skills such as working with others, problem solving, communication and timekeeping. Other subjects include;

Work Preparation Skills (including interview techniques, CV preparation, letter writing and job searching); Team Working and Enterprise Skills; Volunteering Skills; Money Handling and Numeracy; How to Self-Manage Health and Wellbeing; Literacy; How to use Assistive Technology; How to make better use of Information Technology.

Entry Requirements

National qualifications at SCQF Level 2, 3 or 4. You must show that you can engage and participate at the level required for this course (as evidenced at the selection day), you can work independently and with others and you must be willing to undertake a work placement experience in year 2.
