The NPA Bakery has been designed to equip you with the skills, experience and knowledge required for employment within the bakery industry.
With the public requesting better quality and varieties of breads and flour confectionery made by traditional methods there has never been a better time to improve sales and productivity by boosting your skills craft baking to produce their own in-house speciality breads and pastries.
This NPA is also suitable for those returning to work, upskilling or transferring from other sectors.
Course content includes:
Craft Baking: An Introduction; Bread Making: An Introduction; Cake Decoration: An Introduction; Pastry.
No formal entry requirements.
Employment in the bakery industry or progression on to other hospitality courses.
