Do you enjoy cooking and would like to increase your skills? Or are you already working in the industry but want to start a career in Professional Cookery? This could be the ideal way to get started.

You will tackle new and challenging techniques and recipes to help you broaden your knowledge and understand the value of fresh and dry ingredients.

You will investigate the importance of healthy eating and food hygiene and the roles they play in commercial kitchens.

Content: Cookery processes; Food hygiene; Food preparation for healthy eating; Craft baking; Food preparation techniques.
