This course will help you develop a wide range of skills including food preparation techniques and cookery processes such as weighing and measuring ingredients, calculating proportions, creating your dishes and evaluating your end product.

With guidance, you will learn how to plan and produce meals and present them appropriately while working in a safe and hygienic environment.
