This part-time ESOL Transitions course is designed for ESOL learners who are interested in a career in Automotive Engineering and is an ideal taster programme.

You will complete:
SQA L5: Employability Units; SQA L5: Personal Development Units; SQA Automotive Skills for Work: SCQF Level 4 (GA C271 74); Automotive Skills for Work: The Garage; Automotive Skills for Work: The Car; Automotive Skills for Work: The Technician; Automotive Skills for Work: The Vehicle Modification Project

Entry Requirements

Relevant ESOL qualification and IELTS 4.5; Interview.

Progression Routes

You may progress to City and Guilds Level 1 Certificate and Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance (3902-74) SCQF Level 4 or apprenticeship in the automotive sector
