This course could be for you if you have a real interest in baking and want to spend some of your leisure time learning more, if you are considering cooking as a career or if you already work in a professional kitchen and want to gain a formal qualification and expand your skills.

You will tackle new and challenging techniques covering many aspects of bakery, including decorating.

Content: Breadmaking; Pastry; Craft Baking; Cake decoration.
