This is an introductory course for those who have an interest in the hospitality and events Industry. It provides a broad level of skills that will allow you to access further courses of study in the college, leading to the NQ and then the HNC/D in Hospitality or Events Management.
You will study:
Food Service; Word Processing; Customer Care Skills; Non-alcoholic Beverages; Health and Safety; Food Hygiene; Hospitality Events.
No formal entry requirements. Entry subject to interview.
Following successful completion, you can apply to study the NQ Events or NQ Hospitality, both courses at SCQF Level 5.
