This course introduces learners to the hospitality industry and explores the scope of the industry, the career paths and job roles within it, and the employability skills that underpin them.
Students will study a variety of units including Professional Cookery, Food and Beverage Operations, Barista Skills and Food Waste and Sustainability.
Relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4 or 5. Interview.
