NVQ Certificate in Hospitality Services Level 1

Students will have the opportunity to learn in our food production kitchen and our College restaurant. Classes will be rotated between kitchen and restaurant to allow students to gain skills and knowledge of both areas to enhance employment opportunities.

Entry Requirements

Relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Selection will be subject to satisfactory interview and positive references.
