The Access to Humanities course provides progression to a range of different subjects in the arts and social sciences, including primary teaching, social work, psychology, history, politics, law, business, and philosophy, among many others. Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements, but applicants must have good written and spoken communication skills. Applicants must have been absent from formal education for a minimum of 5 years. An interview and undertake a written exercise forms part of the recruitment process.

Progression Routes

Degrees in Teaching, Social Work, Law, Arts and Social Science by securing places at the University of Glasgow, Strathclyde, Stirling, Caledonian University and The University of the West of Scotland.
