Health and Fitness Open Evening

Join UHI Moray's Sports department on Monday 11th March as they open the doors to their Fitness Suite and Games Hall for an evening of interactive and informative experiences where you will have the opportunity to:

• Learn about their HNC Fitness, Health & Exercise course
• Take part in practical group exercise sessions led by local instructors
• Join in on small group gym-based sessions led by PT's
• Practice health & fitness tests with current students
• Find out information from NHS Healthpoint and Health Walks
• Hear about past students' experiences and careers
• Find out about participation and employment opportunities and pathways into the industry
