Food and Beverage Service; Food Production Processes; Accommodation Servicing; Food Hygiene (Intermediate); Financial Control Systems for the Hospitality Industry; Financial Accounting; Hospitality Supervision; Hospitality Industry; Work Placement; Front office Procedures.
1 Higher; or Hospitality Operations (Level 6); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Entry subject to interview.
HND Hospitality Management Programme (2nd year degree) with the future option of moving on to the BA Hospitality Business Management Programme (3rd year degree).
