This course is designed to provide a practical introduction to the basic skills necessary for employment in a wide variety of jobs in hospitality. It is ideally suited to school leavers who want to work in the hospitality industry and have little or no hospitality experience.
Course includes: Practical cookery skills; Food and drink service; Food hygiene; Customer care skills;
Working as part of a hospitality team.
This course contains a period of time spent in a Hospitality work placement.
No formal entry requirements. Interview.
