The course aims to develop capability in technical, supervisory and managerial aspects of the hospitality industry. The course provides you with both the academic and vocational skills necessary to build a professional career in the hospitality industry.

You will undertake units in:
Hospitality Business Research; Hospitality Strategic Management; Professional Practice in Hospitality; Customer Focus in Hospitality; Hospitality People Management.

Course work is assessed at the end of each of the two semesters by a variety of methods including:
Reports; Portfolios; Presentations; Logbooks; Learning contracts; Examination.

Entry Requirements

HND Hospitality Management or other relevant HND. Interview. You should secure a work placement prior to the course beginning.

Honours degree or to full time employment within the industry.
