This is a fantastic course for anyone wanting to start a career in the hospitality industry. The course will give you the skills and knowledge to work as a Kitchen Assistant or Kitchen Porter. You will develop basic knowledge of how a professional kitchen works as well as some basic vegetable and some food preparation. Basic food service skills may be included.
You also develop confidence and skills in working in our training kitchen, producing food for the Overblikk restaurant.
