The course will include Customer Care, Working Safely, Hospitality: Organisation of Practical Skills, Service of Food and Drink, Food Hygiene, Local Hospitality Provision, Food Preparation Techniques, Cookery Processes, Communication, Numeracy and Information and Communication Technology.

3 subjects at National 4 including English. Advice Session and pre-entry test. Interview.
