Using Software Application packages; Events Budgeting
Marketing; Creating a Culture in Customer Care; Communication Skills; Events Principles and Practices; Organising an Event; Events Industry; Events Legislation; Food and Beveridge Events; Events: Graded Unit; Work Placement; Managing Human Rescources in Hospitality.

Entry Requirements

1 relevant Higher plus 3 subjects at National 5 including English and Maths. Interview.
