You’ll learn the skills for hospitality operations such as food and beverage service, food hygiene, supervision, and financial control systems. The course includes specialist units in accommodation operations, front office management, specialist food and beverage services, and events and conferences. You’ll learn through work placement, groupwork, lectures, industry visits and guest speakers.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers; or NC Hospitality Supervision and Leadership; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5 or 6. Entry is based on successful interview.
