The BA in Professional Development (BAPD) is a degree programme that allows you to gain credit from study of your professional practice. It is designed to meet the needs of a range of professionals. Its interdisciplinary nature encourages you to engage with other professionals. You study flexibly and part-time by distance learning, and through online tutorials and optional face-to- face workshops. There are also some support materials on Myaberdeen, our Blackboard Learning site.

The degree enables you to build on existing qualifications, and provides an opportunity to research an aspect of your own practice. Entry is flexible.

Entry Requirements

Relevant HND or equivalent qualification.

You should be working either in paid employment or in voluntary work in a relevant setting.
