Students are able to spend the majority of their time working on practical projects, with underpinning theory being addressed in scheduled lectures and discussions.

An essential part of the programme is individual project work.
The programme may include the following subjects: Studio Still Life, Darkroom Techniques, Alternative Processes, Photojournalism, Portraiture, Digital Imaging and Editing, Environmental, Theory, Corporate Photography and Social Photography. The course content is subject to change.
2 Highers at C or above; or NC Photography; English and Art and Design or Photography preferred; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. A portfolio of work must be shown at interview.
