Content

Graphic designers and visual communicators work creatively to convey a message or to enhance the user and/or consumer experience.

Whether it is graphic design for online or printed; infographics, digital advertising or more traditional mediums such as magazines, books, posters, web-pages, packaging etc., creativity, design skills, creativity and imagination are essential to help ‘amplify the message’.

This course will develop traditional skills in drawing and illustration, as well as software skills using industry standard Apple Macs with the latest Adobe Creative Suite of software packages to prepare you for working in this exciting industry.

You will study:
Digital imaging; Creative project; Photography; Creative Industries; Typography; Graphic design; Creative process; Design production; Creative Context.
