Provides the knowledge required to pursue a career as a building surveyor within the construction industry. A whole range of vital industry skills are covered from building measurement, statutory control of buildings and surveying historic buildings to computer aided design, building maintenance management and the latest construction technologies.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers, preferably Maths and a science subject, or NC Built Environment, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6.

Relevant HNC will give you entry to year 2.
