Provides the knowledge and skills required for future employment as a technician within the construction sector. Includes introduction to: environmental building science, modern methods of construction, construction project management, structural concepts, and mechanics for construction. Timetable includes classroom-based learning, practical activities and directed study using IT for learning.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5, preferably Maths and a science subject, or NPA Construction qualification, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
