The course covers 8 HN Units in Advanced level Carpentry and Joinery. Your knowledge and experience will be enhanced in a wide variety of construction, woodworking principles and techniques. The units you will cover as are follows:

Stairs with Tapered Treads; Complex Pitched Roofs; Specialist Doors; Measuring and Setting Out; Windows and Screens; Sustainable Building Technologies; Communication Skills; Computer Aided Drawing (Paisley only); High Class Joinery Finishes (Clydebank only).

SVQ Carpentry and Joinery at SCQF Level 6.
