On this Gateway to Fashion and Textiles course you will learn the basic skills you need to start working in fashion design, fashion Textiles, Fashion Communications and Fashion Technology. You may also progress from this course onto a relevant course at the college.

You will study a full day in the Fashion Department and you will also study Employability and Personal Development units. You will learn skills to help you apply for work, do interviews, and improve your language skills with Communication units.

On the course, you will gain practical skills and qualifications in the following:
Employability skills; Fashion; Textiles; Assisting with an event; Personal development; Employability units; Preparing for success and further study.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Attendance at an information session. Interview.
