The study of chemistry is of benefit not only to those intending to pursue a career in science, but also to those intending to work in areas such as the food, health or manufacturing industries. This online course will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of the central concepts of chemistry.

An experimental and investigative approach is used to develop knowledge and understanding of chemical concepts, with knowledge of chemical apparatus and techniques being a key course component.

Higher Chemistry is recognised as a supporting qualification for many institutions offering Science, Health Care courses. You will also be prepared for further education, training or employment, in areas associated with life sciences.
