The course is made up of 8 National Units and a practical placement. Students must have a placement of one day per week in a primary or secondary school. Course units include: Child Development Supporting Behaviour Providing Learning Support for Children with Additional Needs Work experience in a Primary or Secondary School or in an Additional Support Needs (ASN) setting.
No formal entry requirements. Interview.
