The course is designed to allow learners to gain advanced knowledge and skills in the area of administration. Learners will receive specialist training in Microsoft Office applications and administration topics such as Administration for HR activities, an understanding of finance as well as developing speed and advanced accuracy in text production.
In addition, this course provides a range of core subjects, which are essential to the understanding of office environments in a fast-changing digital landscape with social media for Customer Care.
4 subjects at National 5, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview and pre-entry test.
