NQ Applied Science SQCF level 5 will help you progress towards your career goals in science and health-related professions. The course will prepare you for studying Applied Science at SCQF level 6, helping you make the transition to higher levels of education with confidence and success.

Content includes units in: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Environmental Science, as well as Practical skills and Microbiology. You will also study units in Maths, ICT and Communication.

Entry Requirements

National 4 Maths, Biology or Chemistry. Interview and aptitude test.

Progression Routes

The course will prepare you for studying Applied Science at SCQF level 6.
