Our hospitality programmes aim to give you exciting and interesting practical experience in our own kitchens and through our partnerships with external organisations.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher, or Foundation Apprenticeship Business Skills, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. You may be required to attend for interview.
