The certificate in management is suited to individuals who are already working as middle managers or those who aspire to a management position.
The course covers the following modules:
Understanding the organisational environment; Understanding organisational culture and ethics; Becoming an effective leader; Understanding the management role; Managing recruitment; Managing customer relations; Managing improvement; Making a financial case.
Tuesday 6pm - 9pm.
No formal entry requirements. Working in management would be an advantage. IT and literacy skills are essential. You must complete a 500 word diagnostic test.
