The Foundation Certificate is great for giving you the qualification for that first step in to a career in HR. The course will provide you with the knowledge and understanding for working in HR Administrator, HR Assistant and HR Advisor posts.
This course includes the following modules:
Business, Culture and Change in Context; Principles of Analytics; Core Behaviours for People Professionals; Essentials of People Practice.
Thursdays 6pm - 9pm.
No formal entry requirements. Working in HR would be an advantage.
Enhanced Employability Prospects particularly in the HR field.
