This course offers you the chance to learn the basic skills needed to confidently operate your camera, understand how light and the camera work, and have fun creating some amazing images along the way. Be part of our story.
The aim of this course is to develop your basic skills, knowledge and understanding in photography. You will develop understanding of creative concepts used by photographers and apply this knowledge and understanding to your own work. Together we will focus on developing your practical creative skills using simple automatic camera functions. You will also learn about and apply techniques to make enhancements to photographic images.
Throughout the course you will research the work of photographers and draw inspiration from your research to plan and carry out your own photoshoots. You will also develop your evaluation skills by identifying strengths and areas for further development in photography. Learn about and apply techniques to make enhancements to photographic images.
No formal entry requirements, must have an interest in photography.
Relevant NQ or HNC course.
