Sculpture at Edinburgh adopts an ethos that is based on developing a broad spatial, material and critical awareness through a range of approaches pertinent to the expanded field of sculpture. Our purpose-built studios are adaptable, serving both as working studios and exhibition spaces.

Entry Requirements

2022 entry requirements

Standard entry:
4 Highers at ABBB (first sitting) or 4/5 Highers at AABB/ABBBB (two sittings) plus English at National 5.

Widening access entry:
4 Highers at ABBB (by end of S6) plus English at National 5. Highers at BBB must be achieved in one sitting S4-S6.

You will be asked to submit a digital mini-portfolio to provide evidence of artistic aptitude and potential, this will form an important part of the selection process.

Entry to second year is available for those with above plus completion of a foundation year or relevant HND at another institution.
