The Hospitality Industry offers exciting career opportunities within hotels, bars and restaurants both nationally and internationally. This course will provide you with the practical skills and detailed theoretical knowledge required to undertake a variety of job roles within this industry as well as entry to higher level Hospitality and related courses.
You will study subjects associated with hotel, restaurant and bar operations, accommodation and reception operations as well as essential knowledge for operating a business. As a team member, you will work within Scholars’ Restaurant one of the college’s commercial outlets to develop your practical skills in Customer Care and Food and Beverage Service.
3 subjects at National 5 including English, or NQ Hotel, Restaurant and Bar Operations (Level 5), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
