Do you dream of having a career in Performing Arts? Not sure which direction to take? On Stage, Backstage, Front of House, … so many choices! Join our Access to Performing Arts course to start your exciting journey towards a rewarding career. Developing your skills and talent through drama production you will discover how to put a show together and develop essential skills for employment in the Creative Industries including; performance, production digital, technical, and personal skills. This is a course to build confidence and important essential skills to help secure a job and/or progression to further study at Fife College. You will be signposted to other courses at college which can support your personal development and/or maximise career opportunities.

You will gather experience, knowledge and skills suitable for a career in the Performing Arts sector including:

Drama Skills; Production Skills; Sound and Lighting; Team working; Creative Problem Solving; Communication; Data Citizenship; Digital Skills.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 or 4 subjects at National 3; Interview

Progression Routes

National 5 courses in the faculty of Creative Industries.
