This exciting course will equip those with an interest in fashion to understand the various aspects of working in this vital and dynamic industry.

As well as nurturing your entrepreneurial skills and providing you with the knowledge to help set up your own business, you will also learn how to enhance those skills and competencies that are required for the fashion industry. These include how to attract customers and maximise profitability in the retail sector as well as market research and forecasting.

You will also gain an understanding of textiles and garment production, fashion buying, planning and budgeting.

Entry Requirements

1 relevant Higher, or NC or NQ in a relevant business subject at SCQF Level 5, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5 or 6. Interview.

Progression Routes

Direct entry to Year 3 of relevant degree course including Glasgow Caledonian Unversity's International Fashion Branding and International Fashion Marketing.
