Content

Scotland is a globally recognised tourist destination and, at the heart of the Scottish and regional economy, is the Hospitality Industry. Hotels, bars and restaurants offer tourists and locals alike the opportunity to appreciate our outstanding regional food produce and experience a great night out.

The hospitality industry recruits a vast number of skilled and unskilled workers each year and the workforce continues to be heavily reliant upon young people aged 16–19 years but it has never been more important to support the pipeline of talent coming into the sector. The hospitality industry is looking for a new generation of dynamic people with leadership and management skills.
