This course is designed for non-native speakers of English who are interested in a career in Barbering.

Content:
Barbering: An introduction; ESOL in context; Employability skills.

Please note: Learners must be able to bring models in for assessment purposes.

Entry Requirements

National 3 ESOL. An interest in working as a barber. Interview. You will be required to provide evidence of current English level and you may be required to do an assessment to ensure you are offered a class at the correct level.

Progression Routes

You may progress to Barbering or Hairdressing courses at Glasgow Clyde College or apply for work as a Barber.
