This 17-week full-time course (running from August) covers everything from looking after customers to job seeking activities. It is a great way to get back into studying.

The background to working in business, enterprise or customer service gained will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in the workplace and to learn more about working in customer facing industries.

You will study: Confidence building; Events and enterprise: An Introduction; Preparing for employment: first steps; Building own employability skills; Establishing a business; Dealing with work situations;
IT, Communication and Social Media for customer service; Customer service

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 3; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 3. Interview.
