This practical, hands-on course offers the opportunity to continue your studies in technical theatre in all production areas, and to work as a First Deputy in Year 1 (HNC), and then as a Head of Department in stage management, lighting and sound, scenic art, and construction in Year 2.
In year 2 you, will also undertake a two-week professional industrial placement which forms the bridge between the college experience and the profession.

2 Highers including English or Drama plus 3 subjects at National 5 preferably English and Maths; or NC Technical Theatre at SCQF Level 6; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview and portfolio.
