The IWFM (previously known as BIFM) Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management offers a middle management level qualification, suitable for those working at an operational management level, or aspiring to do so. The qualification is professionally recognised and designed to meet the needs of the Facilities Management workforce.

The IWFM Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management at City of Glasgow College is delivered via 10 units. These are:

Overview of facilities management; Understanding facilities management strategy; Understanding people management in facilities management; Understanding facilities management support services operations; Managing health and safety in own area of facilities management; Understanding financial management in facilities management; Understanding facilities management projects;
Managing customer service in facilities management; Understanding sustainability and environmental issues and the impact on facilities management.

Friday: 9am - 5pm.
