Fashion make-up is a hugely exciting and diverse industry to work in. Fashion Make-Up Technicians create and produce the latest make-up trends and hair styles within fashion, TV, film and theatre production.

If you’ve got passion, drive, creativity, a commitment to work hard, a high level of motivation and are a good team player who enjoys working with others, then make-up artistry is for you.

Units may include: Make-up trends; Creative make-up techniques; Fashion hair looks; Advanced Brow and lash enhancements.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 4, preferably including English and Art and Design, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Hairdressing experience would be an advantage.
